• £26,000 - £28,000 per year Dependent on Experience
Job Overview - Service Coordinator
The Service Desk Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the engineering team with a range of professional and high-quality services. The Service Desk Coordinator will be responsible for keeping all actions required up to date, helping everyone in the workshop achieve best practice.
Responsibilities and Duties - Service Coordinator
• Upload and process reports such as PDI's and service history
• Complete the engineering schedule
• Process and liaise all breakdowns and call outs
• Complete warranty claims from suppliers where applicable
• Supply purchase order numbers for any workshop supplies or requirements
• Process all documentation for completed work
• Comply with all QMS procedures
• Liaise with internal/external customers and suppliers
• Prepare and maintain plant documentation
• Assist with purchasing of items for maintenance and breakdowns
• Identify all recharge and warranty opportunities.
Job Requirements:
• Experience within a similar role is required.
• Experience in a workshop environment is desirable.
• Applicants will need to demonstrate attention to detail and reliability.
Shift pattern:
• Monday to Friday day shifts.
• 08:00 - 17:00
