A fulfilling and exciting opportunity has become available for a Tenancy Sustainment Officer in our young person’s service in Leicester .

Purpose of the role
* To provide advice and assist Young People to manage and sustain their tenancy in accordance with its terms enabling them to live independently.
* To uphold safeguarding procedures and maintain regular contact with ’at risk’ young people ensuring concerns are reported to relevant managers, colleagues or statutory agencies.
* The job-holder will lone-work out of hours within a supported accommodation environment where young people may be vulnerable and have multiple needs.
* You will be expected to contribute to the maintenance and development of the Association’s values, culture and ethos.
