Salary: GBP37000 - GBP38000 per annum + benefits

Our client is seeking an experienced People Advisor to play a vital role in providing professional and comprehensive HR support to colleagues and managers. Key responsibilities will include:
* Deliver advice and support throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
* Proactively monitor HR processes and practices to ensure effectiveness.
* Collaborate with stakeholders, focusing on key management data such as sickness absence and performance management.
* Build strong relationships with colleagues and managers to support various projects and initiatives.
* Provide insights on People policies and employment legislation.
* Coach managers to proactively address colleague issues and conduct investigations into employee relations matters.
* Ensure timely and accurate data entry into the HRIS system.
* Support and lead initiatives aligned with the People Plan.
The successful candidate will be / have:
* CIPD Level 5 qualification in HR (ideally or desire to pursue).
* Previous HR experience with a solid understanding of the HR function.
* Familiarity with employment legislation and HR best practice.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Resilient in a fast-paced environment and adept at problem-solving.
