Collections Agent
My client who works within the financing industry is seeking an experienced Collections Agent to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with the right skill set and passion to join a fantastic team.
Key Details:
1. Monday to Friday with one Saturday morning per month - rotating weekly rota of 8am to 4pm and 10am to 6pm.
2. Permanent contract.
3. 34 days holiday.
4. 8% matched pension.
5. Hybrid working.
6. Salary up to £33,000.
Duties and Experience:
1. To communicate with customers who have failed to meet their contractual payments towards their purchase agreement.
2. Ensure that all customer agreements are reviewed thoroughly to understand the customer's situation.
3. Review arrears repayment plans on a regular basis to ensure they remain in line with the customer's circumstances.
4. Communicate with the customers both verbally and in writing in a clear, fair and not misleading way.
5. Support colleagues and the department to ensure all department aims are achieved.
6. Liaise from time to time with 3rd parties in relation to the management of the customer's account.
7. The successful candidate will be required at all times to act within the standards expected within Consumer Duty and comply with The Conduct Rules.
8. Must have experience in collections.
9. Must have experience in working in a fast-paced call centre environment.
