The Role:
As Site Engineer, you will:
* Assist the Project Manager and Site Manager in the day-to-day management of the construction site.
* Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and relevant standards, including those related to high-rise construction and building regulations.
* Carry out site surveys, measurements, and level checks.
* Prepare and maintain site records, including daily reports, progress reports, and as-built drawings.
* Assist with the coordination of subcontractors and suppliers.
* Monitor progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement solutions to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget.
* Contribute to a safe and efficient working environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
What We're Looking For:
* A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
* Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role within the construction industry, ideally with experience in high-rise residential projects.
* Strong understanding of construction techniques, including reinforced concrete construction, structural steelwork, and façade systems.
* Excellent knowledge of relevant engineering software and design tools.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to project management.
