1. Responsible for managing business relationships with all contacts of the Merchant Partners within the Territory face to face as set by the Merchant Channel Manager (MCM)
2. Responsible for meeting & exceeding activity targets within Territory and delivering campaigns to grow the business
3. Expert in understanding products, relevant market area, trends, opportunities and competitive activity within territory
4. Responsible for managing contact with all Merchant Partners accounts within the Territory
5. Responsible for developing and improving excellent relationships with all new and existing merchant partners
6. Developing contacts from D1 to D4 by winning opportunities and supporting through the sales process (coaching)
7. Monitor sales data for territory and keep up to date with market trends and merchant partners' needs
8. Ensure account profiles are updated swiftly and accurately for all merchants
9. Follow up all leads within 24 hours (i.e. sample requests, contact forms, etc)
10. Ensure management reports are accurate and submitted on time
