WHAT will your day to day look like?
You’ll join an existing team of 19 and play a vital role in supporting them, and their success. As Stirling Warrington is a sales focused and targeted business, the role of a Business Administrator is an important one, not to mention, varied, fast paced and demanding.
Your Daily TASKS will include:
* Managing and updating records, databases, and files
* Preparing and formatting documents, reports, and presentations
* Answering phone calls and emails, handling queries, or redirecting them
* Ensuring the workspace is organized and well-maintained
* Running reports and summarizing key findings
* Assisting with research and gathering information for business initiatives
* Supporting senior staff with project coordination
HOW does the Apprenticeship work?
You’ll work towards your Business Admin Level 3, attend 1-2-1 meetings via teams every month to discuss your progress with your tutor and learn about the modules. You’ll spend a minimum of 6 hours a week in training, half of which (3 hours) you will have set aside to complete any apprenticeship work, i.e. assignments, research, and projects. All apprenticeship work and training is completed in the workplace during your working hours.

* UK Residency – you must have lived in the UK for a minimum of 3 years

What happens NEXT?
If your application is successful, you will receive a call from our dedicated Recruitment Consultant who will discuss the qualification, location and course length in more detail. Following this call, you will be asked to write a supporting statement and complete an English and Maths assessment.
