Job Title: Tutor with SEN Experience

£20 - £30 Per hour
Job Duties:
* Provide individualised academic support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
* Develop and implement tailored learning plans to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities
* Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure holistic support for students
* Utilise a variety of teaching strategies and resources to engage students and enhance their learning experience
Required Qualifications:
* Relevant qualification in Education or Special Educational Needs
* Experience working with students with SEN
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt teaching techniques to meet individual student needs
Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
Prior experience working with students with SEN
Knowledge and Skills:
* Understanding of SEN requirements and best practises
* Ability to create and deliver personalised learning plans
* Effective classroom management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualification in Special Educational Needs
* Experience in conducting assessments and creating Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
Working Conditions:
* Part-time hours with flexibility in scheduling
* Work primarily in an educational setting
* Collaborative work environment with teachers, parents, and support staff

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
