Part Time Receptionist
Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Part Time Receptionist to join our client based in the Windsor area.
The successful Part Time Receptionist will:
* Ensure an effective and efficient reception service is provided to patients and any visitors to the practice
* Ensure maintenance of good teamwork with colleagues
* Processing face to face, telephone and online requests for appointments, visits and consultations
* Ensuring callers are directed to the appropriate professional
* Re-stocking of some consulting room supplies as and when required
* Ensuring records are kept up to date with current information
* Keeping the reception area and waiting room tidy
* Taking payments in person and over the phone
The successful Part Time Receptionist will have:
* Experience using EMIS
* Good IT skills
* Efficiency
* A friendly and personable attitude
* Happy to manage customer enquiries
Additional Information:
* Part time role to work the following hours: Monday 1pm - 6.30pm, Wednesday 7.45am - 1.15pm, Thursday 1pm - 6.30pm
* Temporary position for 6 weeks approx.
