LNWH provides Integrated Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare Services across the boroughs of Ealing, Brent, Harrow and Hillingdon. An opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated band 6 nurse to join our Hillingdon service.
The successful applicant will join an experienced multidisciplinary team and contribute to the provision of sexual and reproductive healthcare within the community of Hillingdon. Whilst awaiting for the new premises in Hillingdon, there is a potential for the cross site working in Brent and Harrow.
The post holder will be required to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service, which would involve working late shifts, weekends and also to work at satellite services.
We are looking for individuals who have excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills, and a genuine passion for delivering contraception and sexual healthcare.
The successful applicants will require post registration qualifications in contraception and sexual health, with particular emphasis in the provision of contraception services.
The successful candidate will have experience working to PGDs and have skills in clinical assessment, examinations, cryotherapy, microscopy, venepuncture and vaccinations.
