Requirements: Active NMC PIN and a degree in Mental Health or Learning Disabilities Nursing Experience working within mental health or rehabilitation settings, including medication training Ability to create care plans, conduct risk assessments, and adhere to health and safety standards Familiarity with current legislation and the importance of least restrictive practice Someone who is resilient, organised, and approachable Responsibilities: Deliver compassionate, person-centred care to adults with enduring mental health needs.
