Job description Based on site, Dstl has an exciting role as a Explosives Magazine Manager. You will be responsible for the day-to-day safe and secure management of OME within the Energetics Enclosure (EE) (and other locations) through the receipt, storage, issue, transport, use and disposal of energetic materials. You will provide technical knowledge to resolve issues and be accountable for procedural compliance. Person specification We looking for someone who has: Experience of managing an energetics storage facility with an in depth knowledge of explosive management, including storage, accounting, transport and disposal. Proven track record of identifying issues with the environment, equipment and processes involved in the through life management of OME. Ability to identify, rectify and implement procedural change.
