Job summary St Oswalds Hospice are looking for a friendly, proactive, and highly organised Personal Assistant to support our Directors of Income & Marketing, People and Finance. This is a permanent role working 24 hours per week. Youll be a trusted support, handling confidential matters with professionalism and care. Interview date: 14th March 2025 Main duties of the job Your role will also involve organising key governance meetings and supporting committees Coordinating correspondence, reports, and presentations Acting as the first point of contact for professional advisors Supporting team meetings, training sessions, and away days Working closely with other PAs to ensure seamless operations What Were Looking For We need a confident, proactive, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
