In this position you will partner with a network of leading European experts and professional consultants within the field of Energy and Sustainability management and provide high-impact financial support ultimately helping SB Europe clients to achieve their Energy and Sustainability goals. Your IMPACT: This role will involve overseeing financial monitoring activities related to sales and revenue, collaborating with various stakeholders, and leveraging advanced financial and data management skills. Financial Monitoring Track SB Europe Top Line Monitor closed opportunities with Sales and Revenue teams Track contracting and on-boarding backlog with commercial ops Follow up on billing with billing team Monthly revenue recognition monitoring using finance and CRM systems Monthly closing and reporting of top line into Group reporting Monitor commercial performance against forecast in partnership with sales and revenue leader Support creation of materials for Monthly Business Reviews Quarterly refresh of revenue forecast by Sales and Revenue teams Annualized Recurring Revenue (ARR) Monitoring Design, implement, and automate SB Global ARR monitoring process Monitor monthly ARR evolution against target by team Coordinate monthly validations by sales and revenue leaders ahead of Monthly Business Reviews Sales Incentives Financial Monitoring Collaborate with Commercial Ops on monitoring achievements vs SIP targets Specify monthly accruals Provide Finance approval of incentive payouts Continuously challenge incentive structure and process for alignment with Strategy, engagement for the sales force, and cost-effectiveness Finance Transformations, Digitization, and Automation Collaborate with other SB teams and drive impactful finance and business transformation initiatives Our Offer: You will be part of a growing company with a positive industry reputation, who is a recognized leader in a market where energy services are in demand. About You: The ideal candidate will have a University Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, and an MBA or equivalent. We are seeking someone with a proven track record in business controlling and partnering roles. You should demonstrate a proven ability to coordinate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across countries and cultures. Advanced Excel skills and strong data management capabilities are essential. We value a team player with an achiever mindset. Further, you should possess experience in controlling sales functions, familiarity with FP&A, proficiency in performance monitoring, experience with financial system implementation and design. Previous experiences with PowerBI and Dynamics are advantageous. Fluency in English language is required. Any additional language is a plus.
