* I am looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience in an IT-based role.
* Strong technical skills in a Microsoft environment and practical networking knowledge are essential.
* Excellent customer service skills, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, are crucial.
Responsibilities:
* I will need you to provide expert analysis, troubleshooting, and system & network monitoring for internal end users.
* You will handle day-to-day maintenance and support tasks as required.
* It’s important to take full ownership of issues until resolution, providing 2nd Line support.
* You will offer local desk side support and provide remote assistance to end users internationally.
* Working with Windows Server 2012/16/19 and up to Windows 11 Operating System is a must.
* Managing Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Remote Desktop Services, and VPN connections will also be part of your duties.
* Utilizing your knowledge of the Office 365 environment is necessary.
* I expect you to apply your understanding of networking principles to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
* Addressing IT security issues, including networking, backup solutions, and spam/malware filtering, will be your responsibility.
