We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Assistant to support our executive team.
Role Overview:
The Personal Assistant will play a crucial role in managing both professional and personal affairs for the CEO and senior executives. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in event management and diary management, ideally with a strong understanding of the defence industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Efficiently manage and organise complex calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events to optimize executives' time.
2. Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all logistics are handled seamlessly.
3. Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications, representing executives professionally and efficiently.
4. Organise travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries, ensuring all details are meticulously planned.
5. Provide comprehensive administrative support, including document preparation, report generation, and maintaining confidential files.
6. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners within the industry.
7. Manage household tasks and errands, including ad-hoc bill payments and scheduling maintenance.
8. Provide research support for personal projects or interests.
9. Facilitate effective communication between the executive and team members.
10. Anticipate the needs of the executive and act accordingly.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably within the defence industry.
2. Exceptional organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
3. Strong event management skills with a track record of successful event execution.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
6. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
7. Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
