Our client is a provider of bespoke artwork and design solutions. They have an opportunity for a Graphic Design Team Leader to join the Company. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and innovative designs. Youll ensure that both design and production processes run smoothly, from concept to final delivery. You will collaborate with their busy production and sales teams. You and your team will handle the design and printing of artworks, using the latest printing technologies to produce high-quality results. Key Responsibilities: Develop engaging, innovative design solutions that align with clients brands Manage a small team of designers, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards and within deadlines. Oversee the use, maintenance, and stock control of the companys state-of-the-art printers, ensuring smooth operation and timely delivery of printed materials. Create design proposals, artwork mock-ups and presentations helping clients visualise the final product. Work closely with both existing and new clients to understand their needs and provide creative solutions. Ensure all designs and final outputs meet the company's high standards of quality and align with the clients specifications. Collaborate with the production and sales teams to monitor and track project progress, ensuring design objectives are achieved and seamlessly integrated into the overall project timeline and delivery process. Person Specification: Minimum 2 years of previous work experience as a graphic designer Relevant design qualification or equivalent experience A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of skills and design projects Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
