Due to expansion, Reliable Recruit are looking to hire 360 Recruitment Consultants to work out of our new Bury officeThe role will involve:Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through sales calls, site visits and marketing emails to understand their recruitment needsUtilise various sourcing methods, including social media management and job boards, to attract candidatesManage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and filling rolesBuilding and managing a desk of temporary workers alongside the placement of permanent staffBack office dutiesStay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and human resourcesThe working times and pay:Monday to Friday08:30-17:00, early finish FridaysOvertime may be needed in busy periods working remotely£27,000-32,000 per annum dependant on experience22 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing with length of serviceExcellent Commission Scheme up to 20% uncappedPerks including Phone allowance & car allowance, free parking, mileageWorking from Home Opportunities for long-term employeesSkills/Experience Needed:B2B sales experience in the recruitment industryPrevious Recruitment Experience, preferably in a 360 rolePrevious Experience working on an Industrial, Driving, Engineering or Commercial desk preferredFull UK Driving Licence and access to a carComputer Literate with CRMs, Microsoft Packages and excellent phone/email etiquetteIf you are interested in this role please apply with an updated CV.
