My Client is a Main Dealership in High Wycombe and they’re looking for a Sales Executive to help the rest of the team!
Key Responsibilities:
* Meet and greet customers, qualify their needs and demonstrate vehicles accordingly.
* Discuss funding, and sell additional F&I products.
* Build and maintain your customer database.
* Follow a sales process, whilst providing excellent customer service, building a long-term rapport with your customers.
* Maintain a professional approach and first-class people skills. Be driven and highly motivated to succeed.
* Demonstrate success in your current position in respect to sales KPIs (unit volume, F&I, CSI ratings etc.).
About You:
* Proactive, driven, and highly motivated to succeed.
* Ability to demonstrate success in your current position in respect to sales KPIs (unit volume, F&I, CSI ratings etc.).
* Follow a structured sales process, whilst being able to build a strong rapport with each customer.
* Determined to succeed and prepared to drive your performance on a daily basis.
* Must have a valid UK driving licence.
Please ensure you have a minimum of 3 years in a main dealership, a successful proven track record in the motor industry, and a degree of stability among previous/current roles.
