We require a proactive & results driven Regional Sales Manager to promote growth with new and existing customers throughout Yorkshire & NE territory.
You will possess a solid background in territory sales management with a performance focused approach and your primary aim will be delivering B2B technology solutions to process industries with a strong knowledge of the food sector.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets and expand market share.
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients whilst actively seeking opportunities to secure new business.
* Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential customers and emerging trends.
* Collaborate closely with engineering teams to tailor solutions to meet client needs.
* Provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales process from initial contact to post sales service/support.
* Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and conferences to promote the brand and build networks.
Requirements
* Demonstrable history of success in territory sales management, preferably gained in food production or related industries.
* Strong technical aptitude with an engineering background, enabling effective communication of complex solutions.
* Demonstrated ability to drive strong sales growth and exceed targets in competitive environment.
* Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and influence key decision makers.
* Self-motivated and proactive with a passion for delivering innovative technology solutions to customers.
* Flexibility to travel extensively throughout the region as needed to meet client demands.
