Job summary To work as part of the multi-disciplinary team (MDT) providing a physiotherapy service topatients referred to Oakhaven Hospice. Providing a high-quality person-centred approach to care delivery always respecting peoples safety, dignity and privacy. You will be working autonomously within the Oakhaven Hospice Therapy Team to provide a high standard of physiotherapy service to people with palliative care needs accepted for care by Oakhaven Hospice MDT. Main duties of the job About you We are looking for someone with Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy Registered with the Heath and Care Professions Council Evidence of post-qualification professional development Experience with working with people who have life limiting illnesses in either a care home or Hospice setting. 3 years post-qualification experience of acute, chronic, complex conditions including respiratory care, neurology and pain management Good organisational/time management skills and ability to co-ordinate case load.
