What the Job Involves This position is with the Bexley Community Mental Health Teams, including primary care mental health wellbeing hub, ICMP, and HTT. You will conduct and update risk assessments in line with relevant legislative frameworks. Key responsibilities encompass assessment, support planning, and reviews while ensuring safeguarding according to the Care Act 2014. Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration and uphold the rights of vulnerable adults through anti-discriminatory practice. Regular line management and clinical supervision will aid your career development. Your role includes preparing reports for Mental Health Tribunals and Hospital Managers Hearings, contributing to legal processes. You will also work towards or carry out duties as an Approved Mental Health Professional/Best Interests Assessor, with support offered for relevant experience and qualifications.
