Sales Administrator (12 - 18 Month Contract) Location: Boroughbridge Offering £30,000 - £35,000 Basic Salary pro rata plus Great Benefits Our client is an established and well respected business, currently recruiting a Sales Administrator, who will provide administration support and coordination to our clients sales force. The Sales Administrator position is a full-time, 12 - 18 month fixed term contract position, based at our clients office in Boroughbridge. Sales Administrator Key Responsibilities Provide office administration to the internal and external sales team. Log sales enquiries on to the CRM and direct to relevant Account Manager. Communicate with internal and external customers, building rapport whilst providing excellent customer service. To process sales orders in a timely manner and ensure any issues are communicated to the responsible account manager. Prepare sales quotations by liaising with technical and sales teams to ensure details accurately represent what has been agreed with client. Liaise with operations to monitor order progress and update customers on delivery status. To update and maintain customer pricelists as instructed by the Sales Leaders. To assist Sales personnel with travel plannings and other admin items. Sales Administrator Candidate Strong administration skills and confident using Microsoft Word and Excel. An excellent communicator who is comfortable liaising with internal and external customers, always providing outstanding customer service. Has a keen eye for detail, is organised with good time management skills. The Sales Administrator position is offering £30,000 - £35,000 basic salary pro rata plus great benefits.
