The Role:
As a Digital Project Manager, you’ll take full ownership of project delivery, working across internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. This is a dynamic role that requires strong vendor management, change management expertise, and experience in Agile delivery.
* Lead digital projects from initiation to completion, ensuring high-quality execution.
* Manage vendor relationships and drive performance through quarterly business reviews.
* Identify risks early and implement proactive solutions to ensure smooth delivery.
* Oversee Agile/Sprint-based workflows and implement automation where possible.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including European HQ and local subsidiaries.
* Ensure compliance with QMS, ISO-9001, and contractual obligations.
Requirements:
* 5+ years’ experience in eCommerce or digital project management.
* Strong background in Agile methodologies, DevOps (CI/CD), and automation.
* Proven ability to manage vendors, contracts, and stakeholder relationships.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Experience using tools like JIRA and working with virtual teams.
* Knowledge of SAP Hybris and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
* Experience in QMS, ISO-9001, and business compliance.
