In support of our continued UK growth, we are looking for a dynamic and detail-orientated Sales Operations Executive to join our Sales Operations Team. This role presents a fantastic opportunity to collaborate closely with our sales team and the wider business, play a pivotal role in the sales cycle, and drive process improvements to enhance team efficiency and success.
Your role as Sales Operations Executive
As a Sales Operations Executive, you will play a dynamic and integral role in ensuring the seamless execution of the sales cycle – including quoting, order processing, and invoicing – while also supporting wider business functions as needed. You will work on the company’s CRM/ERP systems on a daily basis, collaborate closely with sales account managers to assist with compiling quotes for customers, and manage communications within a busy shared mailbox environment.
Success in this role requires a proactive mindset, a strong drive to learn and improve, and a commitment to achieving results. The ideal candidate will be detail-orientated, focused, and highly organised. This position is well-suited for a recent graduate or an individual with prior experience in a similar role who is eager to take on their next challenge.
Responsibilities
1. Collaborating with the sales team to create accurate and timely quotations
2. Processing orders and liaising with suppliers
3. Generating and managing client invoices
4. Administrating service contracts
5. Maintaining precise records and conducting report analysis
6. Managing CRM and ERP systems
7. Overseeing credit control

Job Specifics
Location: This role is based at our Basingstoke office, with flexibility for occasional homeworking by agreement.
Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm
