Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to interpret data are all essential, as is being numerate and an advanced user of Excel (formulas, pivot tables and VLOOKUP's).
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred or recently qualified with, with a business, accountancy or quantity surveying degree
