We are seeking a skilled Chef De Partie to join our team based in Grantown-On-Spey.
As a key member of the kitchen staff, your working hours and days will be:
* Five out of seven days per week
* Flexible working hours allowing you to adapt to the needs of the kitchen
The salary for this role as a Chef De Partie is: £16.00 per hour.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Cooking and preparing high-quality dishes that exceed customer expectations
* Maintaining a safe and healthy environment in the kitchen, adhering to all relevant health and safety protocols
* Working effectively with other chefs to deliver exceptional meals and services
* Contributing to menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and culinary trends
* Ensuring accurate food preparation, presentation, and serving standards at all times
* Participating in kitchen cleaning and maintenance activities to maintain a clean and organized workspace
* Supporting the Head Chef in implementing new recipes, techniques, and procedures to improve overall kitchen performance
* Providing excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and concerns
* Upselling and promoting our menu offerings to increase sales and revenue
* Staying up-to-date with industry developments, attending workshops and training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge
