Birchrose Associates are working on an attractive new opportunity for a Locum Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive to assist at a friendly law firm in the East of England, starting at the beginning of April for 3 - 6 months +.
The Opportunity
Our client is a long established, high-street firm, seeking a Locum Litigation Solicitor or Locum Litigation Legal Executive to assume responsibility for a caseload covering civil and commercial litigation matters, starting in April. The Litigation Locum is required to assist for a minimum of 3 months in duration with a high possibility of extension of up to 6 months + whilst the firm recruits on a permanent basis. Our client will allow someone to work on a fully remote basis, however, being able to attend the office at least two or three times a month would be advantageous.
Our client is seeking someone to work a maximum of 3 days per week. This could therefore be attractive to consultants who want to increase their workload in the week or supplement their income.

Landlord and Tenant Disputes
Employment Disputes
Inheritance and Trusts Disputes
Debt Recovery
Contract Disputes

Requirements
A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive
Experience handling a mixed litigation caseload, in particular civil litigation matters
Ability to work self-sufficiently within an efficient and productive team
