Key Responsibilities:
1. Safely provide 24/7 first response gas emergency service in line with Phoenix Energy & PES standard operating procedures and regulated standards of service.
2. Undertake after-hour standby duties as per the programmed rota.
3. Undertake all gas work in line with ACS, IGEM and all other relevant standards, in a safe and productive manner.
4. Provide updates on all work-related activities as required including documentation of all gas work undertaken and any unsafe situations encountered.
5. Account and document all assets, materials and parts utilized in allocated activities.
Essential Qualifications:
1. ACS - CCN1 or CMA 1 - 3, or DMI 1 CESP1, MET1, REGT1 AND NVQ in Gas Installation & Maintenance or Plumbing or equivalent qualification.
Essential Experience:
1. Minimum of 1 year post apprenticeship or similar experience in domestic gas utilization and/or heating & plumbing including diagnostics.
2. Customer service experience.
3. Applicants who do not currently hold ACS gas tickets but have experience of working in a plumbing & heating environment or similar trades will be considered for a trainee position.
