We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Lead Dietician- Band 8a to Lead the Dietetics Service at the London Clinic. Ensuring a high quality and effective dietetic service for our patients from preop to outpatient. We are offering a competitive salary range between £60,848 and £64,852 dependent on skills and experience.
Job Profile
To lead the Dietetic service at The London Clinic. To ensure provision of a high quality and effective Dietetic service for patients from preop through to post-operative and outpatient care. To ensure appropriate adherence to guidance working with the Clinical lead for Nutrition to ensure an effective service.
To ensure delivery of appropriate audit programs and Quality improvement across the service
This is a clinical lead position and involves clinical care of patients, managing the service and those staff reporting to you. Develop effective cross cover of the service, ensuring effective delivery of care across the services within TLC and as part of any commissioned provision at other sites.
Job Type: This is a full-time, permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week.
Salary: The attractive salary range for this role is £60,848-£64,852 (inclusive), and will be dependent upon skills and experience.
Shifts: 5 days per week Monday-Friday

Key Duties
To use clinical skills to provide autonomous specialist assessment, and dietetic treatment of patients
To provide clinical leadership and act as a resource of expertise and support as required for other members of the dietetic team.
To work closely with the Clinical Lead for Nutrition to provide an effective high-quality cost-effective service.
To work closely with a wide range of AHPs, consultants and clinical nurse specialists.
To be professionally and legally responsible and accountable for all aspects of your own work including the management of patients in your care.
