Employment Type - Part time (24 hours per week)
As a Genaral Assistant / Laundry your responsabilities will be: :
To provide individual care as required by each resident in order to meet their personal needs whilst ensuring that each one retains as much dignity and individuality as possible and promoting their independence.
To carry out general housekeeping duties, ensuring the home is kept clean, tidy and of a high physical standard.
To provide an efficient and effective laundry service for residents, ensuring they have clean, comfortable clothes available to them as required.
To support the care team by assisting with mealtimes and providing drinks/snacks to residents, assisting those who need support with eating and drinking as required, and assisting the chef with any kitchen duties as required.
To provide cover to the Care team during meal and rest breaks and to ensure residents continue to receive the care they require during this period.

4. Able to communicate effectively with residents, relatives and staff members
