Key Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized care plans for haematology/oncology patients, including complex cases.Work with advanced treatments like stem cell transplants and CAR-T therapy.Provide a safe, compassionate environment for patients and their families.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.Lead and mentor nursing staff, promoting continuous learning and development.

What Youll Bring:
* Registered Nurse (NMC Pin)
* Haematology and/or Oncology nursing experience.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
