Job Title: Activities Co-ordinator
Join HC-One as an Activities Co-ordinator, where kindness is at the heart of everything we do. Our focus is on providing exceptional care in our Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes. Your role will involve planning and implementing engaging activities that delight our Residents, assisting the Home Manager with fundraising events, and encouraging social interaction and hobbies tailored to Residents' interests. Your approach will always be rooted in kindness and consideration.
Qualifications and Skills
* Experience working with vulnerable individuals, ideally developing activity programmes
* Positive energy and a natural ability to connect with people
* Strong planning, organisational, and IT skills
* Effective time management
* Ability to communicate considerately and kindly with Residents and colleagues
Additional Requirements
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should be able to recognise signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to respond appropriately. All colleagues will attend safeguarding training relevant to their role and undertake additional related training. You should be able to seek advice and escalate concerns when necessary.
