Due to the expansion of the Charity, Talbot House Children’s Charity are looking to appoint a full time, permanent, Premises Manager.
The successful candidate should be forward thinking, well organised, have experience of leading a team and excellent knowledge of Health and Safety. You will be responsible for a team of three Maintenance Technicians. You will ensure that the Charity is compliant with all health and safety regulations, you will also manage the upkeep of the premises, day to day management of the maintenance team and future projects to support and enhance the environment for our pupils.
Our school is a non-maintained specialist school with a roll of 70 pupils, all with Education Health Care Plans (EHCPs) and complex needs. We have approximately 8 acres of land, and we are excited to continue to offer the best environment for our pupils to be successful.
Starting date is as soon as possible, pending your notice period.
Salary: £38,000.00 per annum, working 40 hours per week.
