Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage aged care facilities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
2. Support facilities during extended leave periods of local managers, stepping in to maintain high-quality service.
3. Foster a culture of compassion, respect, and inclusivity among staff and residents.
4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement innovative care solutions.
5. Monitor and evaluate facility performance, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
