Hours: 8.30am – 3.30pm. 32.5 hours. 5 days a week. Term time only.
Starting salary: HLTA rate (Grade 11 Pt 21) (£32,115 FTE)

Contract: Permanent Possibilities in 2 years: All Year Round offering Holiday Camp style activities.
We are looking for the right person to support our children from Nursery through to Year 6. This is a very rare and exciting opportunity and offers a chance to further develop a good provision. You will need to be strategic and inspiring, motivating to others and provide an outstanding provision for our children.
The successful candidate will:
✓ be committed to contributing to help children achieve their best, regardless of ability.
✓ be resilient and start each day fresh and ready with a positive working ethos.
✓ develop and deliver learning activities in our Forest School provision and across the site.
✓ work with children from Nursery to Year 6, including children with SEND.
✓ promote a Trauma Informed / relational approach and support children as required.
✓ cover classes as a higher-level teaching assistant (HLTA) as required.
✓ carry out high quality interventions, working alongside the SENDCo.
✓ have excellent communication skills and proficient in Maths and English.
✓ actively contribute to the wider school team; willing to attend events.
✓ Love working outside in all weathers!
