The Physics Teacher will have the opportunity to inspire students with a love for the physical sciences while teaching a dynamic curriculum across Key Stage 3, 4, and potentially A-Level.
Responsibilities of the Physics Teacher include:
* Delivering stimulating Physics lessons that challenge and inspire students.
* Designing practical experiments to bring Physics to life and encourage inquiry.
* Assessing student progress and providing feedback to ensure high levels of achievement in Physics.
* Contributing to the development and delivery of the Physics curriculum.
* Working collaboratively with the Physics department to share resources and best practices.
To be successful as a Physics Teacher, you must have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* A degree in Physics or a related subject.
* Experience teaching Physics at the secondary level, with a focus on student engagement.
* A strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum for Physics.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
