Our Shared Services team based in New Cross Hospital, Wolverhampton, currently works from both home and the office.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated System Support officer/experienced individual with payroll systems knowledge looking to progress their career in the NHS.
Responsibilities
* Manage and efficiently implement systems and projects across the Employee Services Department.
* Provide an accurate, timely payroll service.
* Maintain accurate Pension records for all members of the NHS Pension Scheme employed by the Trust.
* Provide information and advice in a timely manner to employees, managers, and executives.
* Enact changes to systems as required across the Employee Services.
* Train staff in the use of new systems and system changes.

Qualifications
Essential criteria:
* Previous experience of Payroll Systems
* Significant Experience and Knowledge of HMRC Statutory Regulations, Pension, RTI, and Auto Enrolment.
* Experience of NHS payroll systems implementation
* Significant experience of Microsoft office including extensive excel skills.
Desirable criteria:
* Specialist knowledge of NHS payroll.
