About the role
We are looking for a driven and pro-active digital / e-comm co-ordinator to join our team and play a key role in planning, coordinating, implementing and optimising our digital channels and assets.
You will collaborate and coordinate with internal teams such as marketing and sales, and liaise with external stakeholders (customers, marketing agencies, service providers etc) to deliver marketing campaigns, roll out website updates and overall management of product data online, ensuring a high standard of merchandising products online.
The role offers the opportunity to be involved in continuously improving our e-commerce and digital channels and ensuring a seamless customer journey where Digital channels play their individual part in the marketing mix.
The successful candidate will bring some experience within the digital landscape, but most importantly the ability to project manage and coordinate with stakeholders to drive progress and desired outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
* Collaborate with account managers to manage merchandise data on Customer eCommerce websites
* Work with Marketing to implement marketing campaigns.
* Website administration and management including : updating of product listings
* Maintain and manage the websites Marketing & Merchandising Calendar when content is going live ie. homepage banners, and aligned to new product launches.
* Co-ordinate with Marketing team to align with trade marketing and brand marketing campaigns.
* Contribute to UX, UI and improvement suggestions to the website.
Customer Communications & Digital Marketing.
* Drive and own the overall Email Marketing Plan, ensuring alignment with sales, Marketing, and compliance team objectives.
* Develop and optimise email marketing strategies
* Report on email marketing performance
* Collaborate on campaign execution and refinements
Supporting eCommerce and Agency relationships.
Assist marketing team and marketing agencies on Digital Marketing Campaigns, including :
* Assisting with social media content creation
* Support the roll-out of marketing campaigns and optimise for digital media.
* Delivery of post campaign reporting
* Suggest improvements to online merchandising and streamline product presentation online.
* Co-ordination of eCommerce, Amazon and Australian marketplaces.
About you
* 1-2+ years of eCommerce and / or digital marketing experience with a passion for online and retail
* Relevant Tertiary education preferable.
* Proven ability to take initiative and ownership to drive projects, coordinate across teams and stakeholders
* A passion and keen eye for Graphic design
* Ability to think strategically and creatively, while at the same time develop practical and specific strategies that produce results
* Knowledge of the digital media landscape including SEM, Affiliates, Programmatic, Mobile, Social, Video and Native.
* Knowledge and experience in reporting and analytical suites - Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business manager etc
* Ability to identify and implement continuous improvement & optimisation opportunities.
* Provides input into weekly updates to relevant stakeholders on digital merchandising results.
