Job summary We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and motivated individual to provide comprehensive personal assistant support to one of our executive directors and their deputies. If you can demonstrate excellent organisational and planning skills, have a keen eye for detail and are able to progress multiple pieces of work simultaneously and to tight deadlines we would be eager to hear from you. As a key member of the Corporate Secretariat, you will be part on an experienced and supportive team responsible for providing a first class service to the Executive Team and Board of Directors, you will work extensively with colleagues across the Trust, as well as interacting with partners at a local and regional level, so excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a pre-requisite. Main duties of the job As a senior member of the Corporate Secretariat you will provide a comprehensive, customer focused, administrative support and executive level PA service. The post requires excellent organisational skills, and requires the ability to work independently, frequently exercising tact, discretion, initiative, and judgement. The Executive PAs often act as the first point of contact for the public, stakeholders, and staff, and therefore represent the Trust. The post holder must always project a professional and confident image and should demonstrate the Trust values in their behaviour and work. The post holder will be highly proactive and will use their initiative and judgement to manage the executive directors' diary and to balance urgent and important priorities. The post holder will be required to provide cover across the Corporate Secretariat, in order to maintain continuity of service.
