What the Job Involves This role involves engaging in quality assurance initiatives and implementing new policies to enhance outcomes for children and families. As part of the Social Work Development Hub, you'll track the impact of initiatives, conduct audits and reviews, and identify quality gaps. You will implement development initiatives based on audit learning, keep abreast of evolving regulations, and support staff in understanding and following new policies, including group supervision. You will collaborate with team managers for inspections and learning development. The position encompasses supporting basic social work practice, ensuring consistent understanding and application of thresholds, and developing a strong learning culture with robust arrangements.
