We work closely with healthcare providers to ensure safe and efficient patient support, prescription processing, and compliance with industry standards. Role Overview As an Online Healthcare Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the operational and administrative functions of our healthcare services. You will manage patient queries, assist with prescription processing, maintain compliance records, and ensure smooth communication between teams. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a regulated healthcare setting. Key Responsibilities Patient & Customer Support Manage patient and customer queries via email and online support systems. Assist with patient registration, ID verification, and onboarding processes. Provide accurate information on prescriptions, orders, and healthcare services. Administrative & Operations Support Assist with prescription processing and ensure adherence to pharmacy protocols. Liaise with prescribers, pharmacists, and delivery partners to ensure smooth service. Monitor and track prescription approvals, deliveries, and patient records. Support order management, refund processing, and issue resolution. Compliance & Data Management Ensure records are securely maintained and compliant with GDPR and healthcare regulations. Support audits, regulatory documentation, and patient safety monitoring. Assist in implementing and maintaining GPhC and MHRA guidelines. What We’re Looking For ✅ Previous experience in healthcare administration, pharmacy support, or similar roles. ✅ Strong understanding of patient confidentiality and data protection (GDPR compliance). ✅ Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote, fast-paced environment. ✅ Excellent communication skills and ability to provide professional customer support. ✅ Comfortable using digital tools such as online prescription platforms and CRM systems. ✅ Knowledge of GPhC and MHRA guidelines for online healthcare services (preferred but not essential).
