We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead the valve manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in executing our manufacturing strategy, ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of valves to our customers and hardware to our Product Validation Team.
Your responsibilities will involve the management of the Manufacturing Operations team, overseeing the operation of in-house machines, and planning the execution of hardware delivery while realizing this within the performance metrics. You will be responsible for ensuring there is the necessary capacity to stay ahead of the curve.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and Deliver Hardware:
o Planning and executing manufacturing operations to deliver hardware to customers.
o Improve manufacturing execution processes to the desired quality standards, at cost targets, and on time.
o Contribute to resource planning of manufacturing operations to build the capability and capacity of the manufacturing team.
o Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering to determine long-term resource requirements and implementation of our roadmap.
* Recruitment, Management, and Development:
o Lead and grow a large, skilled, and motivated manufacturing team, actively participating in the recruitment and selection of team members.
o Provide strong leadership, management, and mentorship to foster the growth and professional development of the manufacturing team.
o Create and deliver training plans for operators to maintain continuous operation cover and upskilling of team members.
* Proven experience in managing manufacturing operations within a manufacturing environment (3+ years experience).
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
* Experience in manufacturing precision components (<5 micron tolerances).
* Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including planning, execution, and quality control.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Ability to recruit, develop, and motivate a large, skilled manufacturing team.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Highly organized and detail-oriented.

* Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
* 5+ years managing manufacturing operations.
* Experience of setting up Manufacturing Resource Planning and Execution Systems.
* Experience of assembly and test of hydraulic components.
