* Shifts: 37.5 hours

About the Role
Here at Lifeways in Tiverton, we are looking for Support Workers to join our fantastic team. Ideally, you will have previous experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, or Healthcare Assistant. If you are new to care but have a passion for helping others lead their most independent lives, then Lifeways can offer you excellent training and ongoing support to enable you to enjoy a rewarding career with us.
We help all different types of people with a range of physical & learning difficulties and other complex needs, who are looking for support with everyday tasks but still want to live independent lives. We feel that there is nothing better than seeing people happy in their own homes as we give them the support they need to live happy and fulfilled lives.
Within our services in Exeter, we provide life-changing support for adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries, or mental health conditions.
