Minimum Requirements:
1. Proven experience designing and delivering dynamic training content across multiple formats.
2. Expertise in soft skills development and technical training.
3. Confidence in maximising LMS functionality to deliver exceptional eLearning experiences.
4. Strong ability to coach, communicate, and influence at all levels.
5. A forward-thinking approach to L&D trends and technologies.
You will have:
1. Strong written and verbal communication skills, and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
2. The ability to learn policies and procedures quickly and efficiently.
3. Excellent ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
4. Skilled in fostering positive teamwork and contributing to shared goals.
5. Time management, resilient, flexible, multi-tasking, tenacious and agile.
