Provide high-level support to both teachers and students, ensuring effective classroom management. Take on additional responsibilities such as leading small group sessions and supporting students with special educational needs (SEN). Supervise students during breaks and lunchtime, ensuring a safe and supportive environment. Support with assessment and feedback, helping to track student progress and inform future teaching. What You’ll Be Doing Collaborating with class teachers to plan and deliver lessons and activities. Leading small group interventions and supporting individual students in their learning. Assisting in the development of educational resources and materials. Supporting the development of students' social, emotional, and academic skills. Ensuring that the learning environment is engaging and well-organized.
