The Role As a Residential Property Solicitor / Legal Executive, you will be responsible for:
Managing a range of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold development acquisitions, sales, and disposals.
Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, joint venture agreements, and releases of restrictive covenants.
Advising clients on SDLT and related reliefs.
Preparing information packs for re-sales.
