Air Covers is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketeer to join our design and production team. This is a new position.
This individual will be responsible for creating, developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives our growth and enhances our brand presence. The ideal candidate will have experience in website and social media management, and physical marketing materials. This is a hands-on role that requires strategic thinking and practical implementation.
As a key member of a small high-performing team, candidates should also expect to engage in a business support role including (but not limited to) shipping, monitoring customer satisfaction and product development.
Air Covers is the European market leader for the supply of custom aircraft protective covers. With OEM’s and blue-chip private sector customers, defence and a growing marine supply sector, Air Covers has identified the need for a full-time marketing role in-house.
You will be integral to our brand's image, engagement, and growth.
* Working with our website manager, you will help to design and maintain our brand’s web presence and reach.
* Build and implement new communications strategies for our customer base (aircraft operators, manufacturers and owners).
* Develop, execute, and manage marketing campaigns targeting aircraft manufacturers, operators, maintainers and private owners.
* Collaborate closely with Design and Sales.
* Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the marketing strategy.
* Manage the brand's social media presence.
With experience in marketing, and the skills to use your imagination and technology to leverage the growth of a niche business, you will be joining a company with a global reach.
Requirements:
* Experience in marketing with a track record of designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
* Strong practical skills in data collection and use.
* Canva, Keyshot and/or Adobe CC practical skills.
* Wordpress skills.
* Proficient understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
* Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Whilst this role will be primarily office based, we are flexible with home working where appropriate.

Pay: Circa £25,000 to £28,000 per year. All dependent on experience.
