Office Manager
Passionate about delivering quality training to the next generation of accountants, we require a Trainer to deliver Apprenticeship Standards for Accounts levels 4 and 7, in a part- or full-time capacity basis. We’re looking for an enthusiastic chartered professional who ideally also holds training qualifications.

Previous experience of working with apprenticeships would be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities of the Role:
* Work with the Quality Manager and the Curriculum Coordinator to plan and design curriculum to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours that Apprentices need to successfully achieve end point assessment
* Deliver high-quality Teaching and Learning in accordance with the company’s Teaching and Learning Strategy
* Accurately determine apprentices’ starting points, learning needs and training requirements in accordance with the quality procedure
* Review training plans, identify areas for development, agree and record targets for achievement, and address any barriers to learning
* Support apprentices in preparing for End Point Assessment providing structured guidance, mock assessments and tailored support
* Develop and maintain professional working relationships with employers and stakeholders ensuring they are aware of the full range of Access services and brands.
* Assist management and colleagues in undertaking an annual self-assessment of the company against the Educational Inspection Framework (EIF)
* Foster an inclusive environment where apprentices, staff, and stakeholders are treated with respect and are free from harassment or discrimination
Minimum Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 GCSE’s grades A-C including Maths and English, or equivalent
* Hold a recognised Teaching qualification, or have a willingness to work towards
* Chartered status or equivalent professional qualification
* Experience of teaching Accountancy related subjects
* Experience of creating schemes of work, lesson plans and using a range of e-tools to enhance the teaching and learning environment
* Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships with Apprentices, Employers, Awarding Bodies/End Point Assessment organisations and other training providers
* Excellent organisational skills and time-management skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Strong working knowledge of Office, e-learning tools and e-portfolio platforms
* Commitment to continuous professional development
* Clean driving licence with own transport (mileage allowance will be paid)
* Hold a recognised Assessor qualification (D32/33, A1, TAQA)
* Educated to degree level
* Experience in a commercial training role
* Understanding of the Education Inspection Framework (EIF)
* Experience of supporting apprentices to achieve their KSBs and reaching Gateway through to successful EPA
* Knowledge of Safeguarding and PREVENT
