MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Maximising sales to achieve targets and KPI's
2. Helping to achieve the Store target as well as your own personal targets
3. To represent all that the Shiseido Group stands for
4. Be a welcoming, warm face for all Boutique customers, and to give them the ultimate customer service experience
5. The ability to multi-task and take initiative in busy periods
PROFILE
1. Demonstrable retail sales experience, preferably within the cosmetics industry
2. Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, within a fast-paced environment
4. Self-motivated and results-driven
5. Flexibility to work key trading hours
